Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route common Rutherford County requests as follows:
- A docket sheet: use the free county portal, then request the official register from its clerk
- A court date: check the county or Chancery calendar and confirm the setting with the division
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: search by full party name, case reference, or number in the correct system
- Court records: contact the clerk that maintains the original case file
